Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for shareholders of Wolseley plc was held at 12 noon on Wednesday 28th November 2007 at Haberdashers’ Hall, London, EC1A 9HQ.

Wolseley plc is pleased to announce that all
resolutions were passed on a show of hands.

The full Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2007 is now available. 

The 2008 Annual General Meeting will be held at Haberdasher's Hall on Tuesday, 18 November 2008.
