We have a wide range of customers operating in different industry sectors that range from the individual plumber or builder through to national contractor chains and house builders, and include large industrial and commercial organisations, including prominent Fortune 500 companies.
Our primary customer focus is on professional contractors. These contractors work with households, governments, property developers and industrial buildings or in the repair and maintenance of existing premises.
Our customers in North America are primarily large home builders, followed by professional tradesmen (e.g. plumbing and heating installers, kitchen and bathroom fitters, builders and carpenters), government departments and local authorities, utility companies, mechanical contractors and industrial users.
Our customers in Europe are dominated by tradesmen (e.g. plumbing and heating installers, kitchen and bathroom fitters, roofing specialists, builders and carpenters), followed by home builders – large and small, government departments and local authorities, utility companies, mechanical contractors, and also some DIY enthusiasts.
