Business unit portfolio and profile

Wolseley UK operates three businesses in the B2B market and has 737 branches covering the whole country. These branches are served by six distribution centres providing same and next day product availability, a key service offering to our customers. The UK business predominantly serves RMI markets, and has relatively low exposure to the new residential construction market.

  • Plumbing and Heating

    Plumbing and Heating business, which includes the Plumb Center, Parts Center, William Wilson and brands, is a leading distributor of plumbing and heating products primarily to trade customers in the residential and commercial sectors for RMI purposes.

    The business unit also includes the Drain Center brand, which is a specialist in above ground drainage.

  • Pipe Center and Climate Center

    Pipe and Climate Center distribute pipes, valves, fittings, air conditioning and refrigeration products to B2B customers in the commercial sector.  Pipe and Climate Center generates the majority of its revenue from the non-residential new construction market.
