Business unit portfolio and profile

During 2012/13 a strategic review of the Group’s business in France was conducted. In March it was announced that Wolseley France is being reorganised into a single building materials distribution business.

    The building materials business comprises Réseau Pro, the number two integrated distributor in France, selling building materials, roofing, insulation, timber and flooring, and Panofrance, focused on timber, panels and interior design.
