Neumann Bygg is a Norwegian chain of builders’ merchants serving consumers and professional customers as well as industry and retailers.
Neumann has been in the building business since 1859 and has, over the years, developed into a chain of professional builders’ merchants. The chain was acquired by DT Group in 1997 and is one of Norway's major building businesses. DT Group was acquired by Wolseley in 2006.
The chain has stores in two geographic areas: northern Norway and in the south and south western part of Norway.
Neumann customers are professional builders, contractors and small industrial enterprises, including re-sellers. Several of the Neumann stores also serve private customers.
