Karen Witts to Step down as Non Executive Director

The Board of Wolseley plc announces today that Karen Witts will be standing down with immediate effect as a Non-Executive Director of Wolseley plc following her appointment as Group Finance Director of Kingfisher plc.
Wolseley Chairman, Gareth Davis said:
